Golden Whale, a provider of machine learning-powered optimization and decision intelligence solutions for the iGaming sector, has named Jaime Ocampo as Managing Director, Asia, marking a key milestone in the company’s expansion efforts across the region.

Ocampo will oversee Golden Whale’s commercial growth and regional strategy throughout the Asia-Pacific, supporting operators in adopting continuous learning models for more accurate decision-making across user engagement and incentive programs.

Ocampo has over two decades of experience across digital technology, gaming and data-backed growth, with his career including senior leadership roles at global companies such as Kochava, DeNA, Funstage GmbH and Electronic Arts. His professional background combines expertise in digital marketing, mobile gaming, monetization and user acquisition with a solid foundation in data science, modelling and SaaS optimization.

Earlier in his career, he was instrumental in scaling mobile gaming operations across multiple Asia-Pacific markets, including locking in high-value publishing partnerships and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through live operations and in-game re-engagement tactics.
